Our Story
Grundstein is a German word that means “Cornerstone.” Grundstein Wellness Center opened on 18th March, 2024.

Our Story
The wellness center was born out of a personal struggle by the founder having lived and worked in Germany and experienced German life which included clean eating, workouts, naturopathy, outdoor likes etc.
On her return home, she lacked the support from having few to no options at most restaurants to pressure from family and school and how children should feed.
Recognizing a lack of information about healthy living lifestyles as well the need to support that journey she started the Grundstein Wellness Center to cater for healthy lifestyles.

Our goal is to help our guests to prevent and reverse conditions that adversely affect their wellbeing.
